The Biscuit Factory in Newcastle upon Tyne is the largest independent commercial gallery for contemporary art, crafts, and design in the United Kingdom. It is located in the cultural quarter of Ouseburn Valley and is housed in a former Victorian warehouse originally built in 1870. Before its conversion into a gallery, the building was used as a biscuit factory, which explains the current name.
